1. I am fighting for all people's rights.

Hi, welcome to my blog.  I am simple working person. I am fighting a multi-million insurance company, National Guaranty Insurance.  I am simply fighting for them to help me fix my car, after their client wrecked it.

I want to expose this company for the abuse they have put me through. If you, or someone you know, has been abused my an insurance company, please follow my fight. I am fighting for working people, through out America. Thank you, for visiting my blog.

2. I was so happy when I got my car, June 2011

I was so happy when I bought my Chevrolet Prizm.  The previous owner has given me every record, of every maintenance for the last 12 years.   Carfax.Com can verify that this car has never been involved in  any insurance claim. The car was well cared for. And in mint condition.
After losing my career with the real estate bust, I had suffered financial ruin.  With this car I felt so blessed.  I thanked God for helping me find this great little car.  This little car symbolized a fresh start, and a second chance to rebuild my life.  It was a good running car.  And, I had no car payment. It was a chance to rebuild my life.

3. I was hit, by a hit and run offender

The bank rep's cubicle has a clear view of the parking lot.   My car was parked where you now see the blue car.  Imagine my dismay, as I witnessed someone smash my car.  And, then run.
On October 18, 2011, my hopes were smashed before my very eyes.
I was at the local Bank of America.  My son and I were talking to the bank representative, in the corner cubicle of the office.  The desk over looks the parking lot, through a large sized window.
As, we sat there, talking, an  elder woman strikes my car.  She was perpendicular to my car.   She had hit it, head on, onto the driver side doors.
I saw my car get pushed into the next parking stall.  I was shocked. I screamed and the bank representative turned her head and gasped. "Is that your car?"
Naturally, I was concerned for my car.  But, when I saw the lady's face, gray haired, drawn, and bewildered, I grew concerned for her.  I thought to myself, "is she okay?"

Then the unimaginable happened.  She put the car in reverse, and drove backwards into the street.  At this moment, I knew she was trying to flee.  I jumped from my seat, through the lobby and parking lot I ran.  "People were shouting at me, I got her plates!"

She was struggling to make a U turn, to return to Las Vegas Blvd.  She got stuck behind a truck at the stop sign.  So, I was able to catch her, on foot. I called the police.  But, they said they would not come, due to private property laws.
I told her to return, to the scene of the accident.  I asked for her identification, registration, and insurance.  She only had a Mexican ID card. It did not show her birth date. She had no registration, but did have an insurance card.

I had her wait while I went inside to make copies.  One of the people who saw the accident, shouted "Great, another illegal who comes here to commit crimes."  Being of Mexican descent myself, I did not what her to suffer unnecessary ethnic slurs.  So, I took the witnesses phone numbers and told them it was fine to leave.

Truly, I felt bad for the lady.  She appeared shaken up.  I did not want to scare her.  I just wanted to get her information.  I told her to relax, that she was not in trouble.  I stayed a few minutes to make sure she was fine to drive home. She apologized, and said she understood.

I felt no hard feelings for the lady.  I thought she was genuine when she apologized. I thought all would be fine.

     I was very wrong.

My car was parked in the first parking spot off the street.  I was sitting in the corner cubicle, facing the outside.

4. The Hit and Run driver, and National Guaranty Insurance conspire to deny my claim.

An adjuster came to my home.  He took pictures.  About 6 days later, I grew tired of waiting. I called them.

I was told that based on her statement, and the pictures they took, they would deny my claim.  Two days later they sent me this letter. Here is the original letter.

6. The evidence I have presented to National Guaranty Insurance.

I have presented the following evidence to National Guaranty Insurance:

Image 1. Skid marks from the impact. The car's main impact was at the back tire/wheel.  Notice the car has pushed in a manner that caused it to do a partial spin.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Images 2.  The metal portion of the Honda's bumper struck my wheel at approximately 14 inches off the ground.

Images 3. The the rubber portion, of the  Honda bumper, struck the  Chevy's rim at 18-20 inches off the ground.

That hit caused the top portion of my tire and rim, to be pushed into the wheel well.  The wheel gave way in an angular motion.  The wheel was bent into the car at about a 8- 10 degree angle.

This created a ramp like formation.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This angle allowed for the Honda's bumper to wedge its self into the wheel well.

Basically, it pushed up, into the the underside, of the Chevy.
The bumper of the Honda pushed up, bending the flare.
Notice the metal is crushed from the underside.  The metal is folded in from the inside.Evidence the bumper, of the Honda, angled its way from underneath, as the wheel/tire  of the Chevy, gave way, at an angle

Images 5.  The rubber portion, of the bumper was ripped, when it rubbed onto the sharp metal edge of the wheel well.

A close visual  inspection will reveal a tingle of red coloring on the shreds of the bumper.
